» How can I make a reservation with Car Rentals?

Reservations can be made in a number of ways.

» If I have an existing account, can I use this account number to book on the Web site?

Yes. Please enter your account number and account name in The Reservation Form with the provision that you have used the account at least once.


» Can I cancel or change a reservation through your Web site?

Yes. Our e-Reservation system allows you change and cancel reservations over the telephone or on-line.


» Can I request a 'per hour' price estimate?

Our system can provide you with a 'per hour' price estimate, only for chaffeured limousine hire. For self-drive car rental, a 'per hour' price estimate cannot be provided.


» What types of vehicles can I rent?

We offer a wide variety of vehicles from standard transportation to luxury cars and limousines. You can view the various vehicle types on this Web Site.


» Why can't I submit my reservation request?

Please check to make sure that you have filled in all the required fields on the form.
Asterisks (*) indicate required fields. These fields must be filled in completely for the form to be transmitted. If you have filled in all the required fields and are still having trouble, please call us at +30-2810-382610 or +30-2810-333223 and we will be happy to assist you.


» System states, 'Credit card expiration date must be in the future, after the trip segment(s)'

We require that the credit card expiration date is at least a month after the termination of the rental agreement. For example, a car return date of October 15 requires a credit card expiration date of at least November 15th.


» ' Your session has expired due to inactivity'

To protect the privacy of our valuable customers, data is deleted from the Web site after 2-3 hours of inactivity. You will need to log back in and re-enter your reservation from the start.


» What if I encounter other difficulties using your Web site?

» How can I obtain a price estimate?

For an instant price estimate, Click Here or go to the e reservation center portion of our website and start a reservation.
Once you have registered, logged in, and completed all the planning information, you will receive an immediate estimate for your trip.
If you wish to complete the reservation, follow the instructions, and you will receive an instant confirmation number indicating that your reservation has been processed.


» What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel a reservation, please call +30-2810-382610 or +30-2810-333223 or e-mail our office immediately.

Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the service pick-up time. For all reservations, please check your confirmation for the specific cancellation policy, which is determined by your city of service and vehicle type.


» How can I change or modify our corporate account information?

If we still have availability on a certain vehicle 24 hours in advance of pickup we may be able to offer a discount. Please ask or Email Us for specific availability and pricing questions


» Do your vehicles have GPS (Global Positioning System) navigation devices?

Yes, our luxury vehicles are equipped with GPS navigation devices.


» Do you offer CD and DVD players?

Yes, we offer these luxury services but only in specific types of cars.


» What happens if I am involved in a traffic accident?

First of all stay calm and seek medical attention if needed. When you will have calmed down please contact us so we may handle all necessary arrangements in this situation.


» Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?

No. We prefer no smoking in our luxury vehicles, for the pleasure of all future renters. A cleaning charge will apply if our policy is violated.


» Why have I not had a reply to my email or reservation request?

If you have not heard from us within a few hours please follow-up with an email or fill in the Contact Form. Normally, the reply will be send to the client within the following 1-3 hours from the moment the request took place. If the client doesn't receive an answer, then the request didn't proceed or the offices of the company are closed.


» Can I select the colour of the Vehicle?

You may select a colour but the Company is not obliged to provide it, if it ιs not available. Thats why the colour cannot be granted as a reason for cancellation.


» What happens if I lose my car key?

Our luxury cars have electronic keys or electronic card keys. In case of a key loss, it is fully paid by the renter.
With some types of rental there can not be an immediate replacement of the key, or if necessary, the vehicle itself.


» Are there any extra amenities in the cars?

The luxurious categories of the company do have extra amenities such as GPS (Global Positioning System) private phone number, leather seats, a variety of state-of-the-art audio and visual entertainment capabilities, CD player, satellite radio, VHS or DVD, maps and a bar.
In addition to these, our limousine also offer warm and cold towels, trimmed ice and champagne bowl.

» Can i tow with my car?

The insurance of our cars does not include under no circumstances the towing or the pushing of other vehicles. If such an action takes place, the insurance will no longer be valid and any damage occurring from towing or pushing is fully paid by the renter.


» What is the minimum rental duration?

The minimum rental duration is 24 hours for all types of cars. The chauffeured cars or limousines have minimum rental duration of 8 hours.


» Can I pay with my credit card?

Our organization accepts payment only with the use of credit card. Other ways such as Cash, Personal or Business Cheques or Money Transfer through a bank are not accepted.


» If I need a baby seat, will your company supply one for me?

Baby seats are available upon request with extra charge. The only category of cars that cannot have a baby seat are the two-seater sport cars


» From where can I collect or delliver my car?

Your car can be delivered or collected from where ever you are at the time of your preference, 24 hours a day.

» Can I travel from one country to another with a rented car?

Moving the rental across the borders or by ferry, in not permitted without prior written authorization of Carrentals company.

» Is my driving licence valid for all types of cars?

To rent a car from Carrentals the driver must be over than:
-23 * year of age to quality for car groups C, T3
- 25* year old for L1, L2, K2, I, J, groups and
-30* year old for L2, K4, K5, J1, J2, V, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6, V7, L3, L4, X1, X2, X3, S1.

Also the driver must have one or two authorized personal credit cards as per vehicle model used as a deposit and must have a valid licence for 3 or more years. Have a valid Greek, European (for EEC countries) or International ( for countries that do not belong to the EEC) driving licenced held for at least one year.

Numerous exclusive tours are organized by our company according to your preference. You can enjoy your sightseeing with comfort and with the professionalism of our personal driver.
Tailor made tours can be available if requested on time. In some tours there is a guide available.
